Planet Coco’s seedling pellets are made from carefully selected, aged and composted coco peat. The coco peat used for these seedling pellets is aged and composted for over 18 months and thoroughly washed, creating a clean and reliable growing medium suitable for sensitive rooting structures.

Simply add water to the pellets and they quickly swell into a convenient, self-contained growing pot with its own growing medium. Seeds are nurtured within the pellet, supporting faster germination and healthy development into young seedlings.

The unique porous structure allows roots to emerge easily through the walls of the pellet while enhanced air circulation supports healthy root development. The complete pellet and started plant can then be planted directly into the ground, helping minimize transplant shock while keeping young, tender roots intact.
